Java and/or Ruby on Rails Software Engineer
Nine Summer, based in Woodbridge, CT works with both well established and startup companies to create software-based products. We are currently seeking smart, agile, software development professionals for the role of Software Engineer in our Woodbridge, CT location or a telecommuter based in the New York metropolitan area.

Qualifications:
Candidates should have extensive server-side Java and/or Ruby on Rails development experience along with experience with most of the following technologies:
- Linux
- Tomcat/Jboss
- JSF/Spring
- Hibernate
- MySQL
- PostgreSQL
- JRuby
- AJAX
- Agile development
Other qualifications include:
- 2+ years of experience
- Bachelors Degree in a related field
- Must be able to effectively communicate progress and ideas
